To provide overall direction to the Operations and supporting services to achieve optimum performance by maximizing profitability and achieving the short and long-range goals of the facility (a 150 Tons/Day integrated mill), division, and company. Reporting to the Vice-President of SCA México & Central America Operations. Also responsible for developing and managing successful safety performance for all employees and also growing and maintaining production volumes to support regional and divisional needs. Additionally responsible for managing and developing strategies and projects to improve Mill performance.
Main Accomplishments:
• 15% reduction of Converting Fixed cost, by consolidating product specs and improving overall converting efficiencies.
• 15% reduction on Energy consumption of De-inked plant by upgrading process and floatation-dispersion units.
• 20% reduction on converting labour costs, by re-structure of Toipa Lines, Napking folders and installation of TOIPA line.

Responsibilities:
To fulfill the Planning Demand of the Production facility (150TPD Recycled Fiber Facility), according to the expected budgets, meeting and upgrading the plant efficiencies and production execution practices.
Main Accomplishments:
• 45% of Chemical cost reduction on the De-Inking facility by re-engineering of the pulping and bleaching processes.
• 8% increase of Yield by re-design of plant layout and introducing Improvement Production Practices.
• 15% increase of production and 12% cost reduction by introducing production centerlines.
