As a team we stopped perpetrators from leaving the premises with any stolen goods and helped the local police departments bust high theft rings. I also was placed in charge of training all new team members in protocol and business etiquette.

I had the responsibility of building and testing the first geo-thermal rig as part of a small three man crew. I was given the opportunity to learn hydraulic functions, perfect basic welding, and further my mechanical skills. I proved my capabilities by learning quickly and being able to think on my feet. I also honed my ability to detect problems and fix them appropriately and efficiently. I believe this was also a great opportunity to work directly under the engineer of this new and innovative design. When production slowed, I took this time to learn more about other rigs Watson, Inc designed and built.
