medical care including wound care, assisting with medicines and nursing associates and doctors.
Advocate for patient until her passing in April 2011.
Customer Service Analyst, Chadwicks of Boston, Taunton, MA
October 1994 -June 2007
Started with company in the Sales Call Center taking inbound orders, upselling and meeting team and
company goals. Monetary goals were set numerous times and awards given for the performance. After
approximately 3 years I was promoted to Customer Service Representative, assisting customers with
all problems with orders with a one-call resolution. Within another 3 years I worked via the internet
emailing customers with issues on their orders placed online, took care of any problems which sometimes
included processing price adjustments and shipping fees. For the last 4 years working there the internet
department was moved to another state so I took the position as Customer Service Analyst processing
customer orders, fixing problems with orders and financial issues for the customer. I also processed credit
card payments and handled special projects as needed, such as manual orders for weddings and special
events. This department was responsible for any projects at a minute's notice by upper management.
In June 2007, my night shift position/department personnel were all laid off due to lack of business.
Field Maintenance Analyst, Hit or Miss Home Office, Stoughton, MA
09/1986 -01/1991
Handled all requests per store and field personnel for over 500 stores with maintenance issues as
required. Also assisted the CEO of TJX, worked directly with the V.P. of Construction/Real Estate and
Project Managers on new store openings. I was promoted into this position after having started with the
company as the Construction Department Secretary.

08/1983 -09/1986
Interviewed and hired all associates under the direction of department heads to accomodate the correct
qualifications for open job positions. Also processed payroll for company on a weekly basis. The company
is now closed.
I also worked second jobs selling Avon products, Mary Kay and worked as a merchandiser for Hallmark
Greeting Cards.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham, studies included Business Management and Drawing and Painting.
After high school I took some college courses at Newbury Jr. College and Bridgewater State College,
however, I never finished to receive my Associates Degree.
