• eBay Escrow payments for Spark :

eBay India is the World's Online Marketplace and is one of India's leading online shopping destinations. In India the needs of an average e-commerce consumer are very different from those of users from other more advanced countries. ‘Trust’ has been identified as a key focus area to win India ecommerce. So eBay India has build a Payments solution locally that supports an Escrow based workflow. Escrow focuses on trust and convenience which is nimble and flexible.

• IN Escrow Seller Side Enhancements

This project includes differential workflow timelines for custom made product categories, Search feature in My PaisaPay >> Sold with PaisaPay section. This project is applicable to IN Escrow only.

• IN Escrow Seller Side Enhancements - Phase 2 (SMS integration and labeling)

Integrated SMS alerts and actions in the Escrow workflow. This will let buyers and sellers to receive and to respond to SMS alerts for all PaisaPay transactions. Print Shipping labels through My PaisaPay

• IN- Buyer Loyalty Program

Buyer loyalty program where users would earn point’s basis their activity with eBay / paisa pay

My roles are meant for generating the test scripts using selenium, playing back the scripts in regression, making the scripts pass on Acceptance portal from Client side, coordinating with the onsite coordinator for various issues that may come up during automation deliveries and allocating the task to my team consisting of three members.

• eBay BU-Editing Live Items

This project will keep a track of the revision of the item, during the purchase. Buyer will be notified for every significant revision made during the transaction and proper versioning will be maintained for the item .This will allow sellers to perform as much revise flexibility after an item has sold from a multi-quantity listing as before the initial sale. This project applies to Store Inventory Format as well as regular Fixed Price items. Also this project will provide a link for the user that will enable him to navigate to View Order Detail page, from where he can view the details of the transaction made.

• eBay BU-Echo Pilot SM Widgets

Echo Pilot SM Widgets is a step to enhance eBay’s platform by allowing third-party developers to embed applications within Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro, eBay’s most popular seller tools, allowing sellers to manage their selling activities from one location in My eBay. The Seller can customize and manage the internal (Selling Manager Boxes)/External widgets and also place them accordingly using the Drag and Drop facility.

• eBay BU-Print Shipping Label on eBay

Prior PayPal was used for printing the shipping label for sellers. eBay (US) in collaboration with Pitney Bowes introduced the indigenous printing of shipping (USPS) labels for sellers ,where the seller could review the label to be printed and could pay through his PayPal account

Project 3: eBay India Spark Enhancements

Duration : February 2009 – Till Date

eBay India is looking at building a Payments solution locally that supports an Escrow based workflow. This functionality will be local i.e. built separately “off” the eBay platform, but will be tightly integrated with the core eBay platform and the eBay PGW and Billing for connecting to the integrating Indian banks.

• IN PaisaPay - Integrate VBV / MSC (3D secure) for IN CC payments

The RBI in India has mandated additional security on online credit card transactions through an additional verification during the transaction. This verification should be done with some information that is not present on the card. This additional verification is done by Visa and Master card through the “Verified by Visa” (VBV) and “Master card secure” (MSC) process.

We need to integrate the India payment system – “PaisaPay” to incorporate this additional verification process. This involved integration with Arribada and PGW for Authentication and Authorization.

• Coupon Enhancements

Changes to the couponing engine to support specific promotions. The changes include creating a zero value coupon to act as promotion tracker, link coupons to buyer registration date and payment methods and to increase the number of buyer linked promotional vouchers that can be created.

• Seller Initiated Refunds
