PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I have over thirty years of progressive leadership roles in multiple industries, inclusive of human services, retail and distribution. I am currently serving (2010-present) as Marketing Director for Keller Williams Consultants. Currently I am Marketing Director for Keller Williams Consultants in Dublin, Ohio.
My career since 1998 has been largely at senior executive levels within human services. During the period of 2004-2010, I served as Executive Director of several temples in Florida and Ohio (Temple Beth-El (2008-2010); Temple Beth Torah (2006-2008); and Temple Beth Shalom (2004-2006)). For each I oversaw the administration of all business and financial affairs, directed facilities management and conducted logistics and support for all services. Increased income for the facilities by over $500,000, while decreasing expenses by over 10% at each facility.
Between 1998-2004 I served in capacities of development and fundraising for the Palm Springs, CA (2001-2004) and Savannah, GA (1998-2001) Jewish Federations. During this period, I expanded or improved annual fund raisers and Special Events by 100%, partnered with senior leadership to increase new donors by 25%, and directed a final campaign which generated over $2.5 million.
I began my career in a family partnership in opening and operating a retail automotive parts company and a separate warehouse and distribution facility. From 1977-1998, I served as Vice President, separately, for H & H Auto Parts and Wilkof Distributors, both located in Canton, OH. Primary responsibilities for H & H Auto Parts included business development and operations oversight. As the operational head for Wilkof Distributors, I directed all logistical, scheduling and replenishment activities.
