KEY PROECTS
• Developed and maintained detailed CPM schedule for a $280 million Biomedical Research Science Facility for the University of Michigan located in Ann Arbor, MI.
• Served as Scheduling Engineer for the Wallingford Energy Project – a 250 megawatt, natural gas turbine combustion project ($128 million) located in Wallingford, CT; additional duties included issuing sub-contracts, purchase orders and change orders, costing and material receiving.
• Planned, coordinated, scheduled, supervised and monitored on-site construction activities and 40-50 employees at a given time for the 150 megawatt Livingston Generating Station ($60 million) in Gaylord, MI; also issued sub-contracts, handled submittals and RFI’s, and maintained basic document control.
• Performed as Material Manager for the Greenville Energy Project ($80 million) located in Greenville, OH; also responsible for scheduling and procurement.
• Created and maintained detailed CPM schedule, using Primavera P5, for a $28 million animal pharmaceutical production facility for Pfizer Corporation located in Portage, MI and also a $20 million coal fired boiler renovation at the same location.
• Scheduled a $40+ million renovation project at Pfizer’s VMRD building located in Kalamazoo, MI, developing and maintaining a detailed CPM resource loaded schedule, using Primavera P5/6.
• Maintained/updated resource loaded schedule using P3 and P3ec for WFG construction team at GM located in Lansing, MI; created weekly tabular summary reports and histograms, monthly cost reports and percent plan complete reports.
• Scheduled multiple small capital projects using Primavera P5 and served as Construction Manager on part of a 1.1 million dollar capital project while with Jacobs Engineering.

• Evaluation of the completeness, consistency, and adequacy of the Project Schedule.
• Ensure that the Project Schedule is free of inaccuracies, consistent with Industry/Engineering practices and consistent with project scope.
• Performance of schedule risk assessment to identify potential impacts.
• Develop a mitigation plan when problematic impacts are identified.
• Capable of producing project financial modeling and economic assessments.
• Monitoring and analysis of contractor project schedules and detailed engineering task schedules; able to advise project manager regarding deviations/potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement schedule change management process to approve changes to the previous schedules.
• Ensure that physical progress is being measured and reported in WBS detail, and that the integrated CPM schedule is updated based on the progress.
