• Logistics Manager for both the distribution and the recovery of CDMA/RF/T1 related Motorola switch equipment worth over $450 Million during the two+ year Carolinas Verizon Wireless/Alltel Integration Project. I personally ensured the safe delivery and recovery of new equipment while maintaining real time field and multi-United Van Lines’ warehouse(s) equipment inventory using both, Excel spreadsheets that I designed, and through the utilization of multiple United Van Lines Inventory systems all over the two Carolinas

• I also maintained a real time current inventory of all ancillary installation CDMA Wireless Motorola 4812 Communications equipment, T1 Routers, RF Quadplexers, and all warehoused de-installation related equipment for shipment back to Chicago and California to be refurbished.

• I generated the weekly cell site delivery schedules, coordinated and directed the United Van Lines teams to each site on a daily basis, did site audits, walk-thrus, pre-surveyed unique roof top / platform sites, as well island access only sites off the east coast that required the use of boat ferries in order to accomplish equipment deliveries

• I also assisted with some of the installations/de-installations of this equipment when necessary, worked with the Verizon construction teams to coordinate new installs/shelter swaps, as well as coordinating boom truck/crane deliveries when necessary for platform/rooftop sites
