Description
Field Service Portal is a web-driven technician-based module within the Field Service product suite. Within this module, technicians receive service request and task information for the tasks assigned to them by dispatchers. It provides an easy and organized way for the field technicians to manage their tasks, spare parts, add notes and initiate new requests.
Equipped with a fully configurable user interface, the Field Service Portal provides an easy and organized method to view existing task assignments and enter new service requests, allowing technicians to resolve problems while at the customer site.
The Portal is closely integrated with related Oracle applications such as Teleservice, Install Base, Knowledge Management, Service Contracts, Spares Management, and also key components of Oracle Common Applications Components, such as Notes, Calendar, and Tasks. The Field Service Portal also provides quick links for key processes that a technician typically might perform, such as creating a parts order, receiving shipments, etc.

Description
The Order Management System (OMS) is acts as an order-processing engine. It routes data and messages between the Web Front End (WFE), the Merchandising and Finance systems of the client and the MetaPack managed systems (Warehouse Management System and Carrier Management Systems) that fulfil the customer order. A key component of this routing functionality involves data translation and validation of the data being passed.

Description
The PWB UI was originally designed to maintain regional lines plans one material at a time. PWB UI is a web-based tool developed to facilitate the user of the system to mass update the materials to different seasons and regions.
These are the modules involved in the project; Mass Material Carryover, Mass Material Drop, Mass Material Price Maintenance, and Mass Material Regional Copy.
The carryover function allows the business to extend the time period for which a material can be marketed and sold. A material can only be carried over from one season to the next if there are no gaps in the seasons being offered. The regional copy function allows users to create new materials for a line plan in one region and then copy the information (Regional, Seasonal, and Size information) into line plans for other associated regions.
