Between my past jobs, I have gained a large variety of work experience. At Michaels I worked as a Supervisor. I was responsible for the front end of the store. I had to do all the returns, train cashiers, make the schedule, kept the front end looking nice, if there was spare time I would help out on the floor with unloading boxes. I also worked a lot with the kids’ birthday parties and kids clubs. For those I set up a project for the kids to work on and keep them entertained for a few hours.
At TCF I was a Supervisor. I have managed over people, I worked a lot with customer service, I worked with selling accounts and as well as opening/closing accounts, I had to do all teller transactions, it was my responsibility to balance the vault, coin counter, and make sure the teller drawers were balanced as well, I worked with the audits, I made the schedule, ordered supplies, it was important that I kept things organized, I had to open/close the branch, and I did the security testing. I also took some courses there on human resources and management.
