References: By request : also I can list a master cam program if needed for interview or bring thumb drive with programs on it I am currently working on advance 5 axis programming for master cam
Programs by hand:
These programs are by hand, one program is for 3 parts that has 3 vises set up to run 3 parts at a time each part has 3 hole drilled, the program is for showing how to program work off sets for each vise, to run the same part, to cut down on time, by opening the door to change, just for one part at a time. Each time a part is take off and put on, is time, it may take 5 to 10 minuets to make the change the time it takes to change one part can add up, that 5 to 10 minutes, could be used for running time, just
By add 2 parts or 2 vises to the program if you ran 8 parts a day, but can run to parts at a time,8 times 10 minutes is 80 minutes of time that could be used as production time , this set up makes it possible to run parts continuous, with out stopping I used a simple program just to show you some programming skills, this may not be the case and all programs but ware its can be used then by adding more parts to decrease part change over time ,the second part is for thread milling and I have wrote a common vise set up. The vise set up is to show you that I can do set up for CNC milling center .Setting up a vise, and putting it into words , to show how to set up using vises also, I can write programs using master cam, v9 Complex three dimensional parts and 4 axis programming
This program is for drilling three holes for three parts at one time G54 G56 G58, 3vise location, set up on mill, this program use
Subprograms to cut down on program space are long program
This to show some of my skills as a programmer done by hand

This is a program to do inside threads
Helical thread milling using a sub program for one hole this program is to show the using of sub programming and how to save money on large taps that cost a lot of money I am using a hypothetical pinch diameter and thread depth on this program

This is a vise set up. Put into words to show that I can do my own set up on vertical milling center using a Fanuc controllers
Put in new program or send it from DNC. clear out old work off sets and tool off set and D words and L words
2, Indicate in vise to zero
3, Machine soft jaws
4, Put in stop for location pin type are clamp type of stop or what ever needed to make the stop, a stop that will work as a repeatable stop each time the part is reloaded.
5 Set Work off set are fixture off set, G54, G56, G58, Etc.
Set tool length offset and diameter words h and d words
Run proof part
6 make a part inspection list from blue print
7 Check part adjust part
8 Do part inspection
9 Get first article
10 Then run production
Thank you for taking the time to look at the package that I put together
To show some of my programming skills that I have and set up experience
That I have, I hope that we can set up a interview for possible employment
