REFFERENCE BOARD DESIGNS
Most board designs fall in the 4-8 layer range but go as high as 52 layers, they include:
mixed analog and digital
high speed digital (impedance controlled)
power supply and high voltage
Some RF and microwave antenna
Flex and rigid flex boards
PRODUCT
I designed boards for
The medical industry
Robotics
Laser controllers
Motor controllers
Testing equipment
Most board designs were done on Protel and Altium Designer. I have done some high speed routing work on Allegro a long time ago. I am a little familiar with Orcad, Pads and Pcad which I have done many conversions to Altium.
I have one full seats and one front end seat of Altium, both of which are at the latest revision and on service contract.
