Project Accounting ::

To check purchase bills according PO as per gate entry, store entry and prepare payment advise . To prepare PO wise materials received and payment chart .

Store Accounting ::

To receive & check purchase bills from Store department, checking of GRN, Issue materials, bills of suppliers and contractors with gate entry, store entry and rate as per PO . Preparing Debit note of contractors for issue material from store.

Tax Matter ::

To prepare VAT return, WCT, reconciliation of VAT, assessment of sales tax and any other works related to sales tax .

Reconcillation ::

To prepare all suppliers and contractors accounts reconcillation on excel as per received of ledgers .

Journal Voucher ::

To prepare and check Journal vouchers .

Debit & Credit Note ::

To prepare and check debit & credit notes as per requirement and send to party .

Cash Headling ::

To Handle cash payment advise given to contractor and expenses of project, prepare cash voucher .

Party Payment ::

To prepare parties pending payment advise in excel and prepare cheque of party on due date.
