July, 1997 Helped set up a new Mori Seiki SH-50 4-axis horizontal machining center with an eight station pallet changer. Utilized the Fanuc controller to program sub-programs and macros into the machine to be utilized in multiple part set-ups. Used SmartCAM to program 4 axis parts.

April, 1997 CATIA to make wireframe models of parts, then used NCL to

generate 3, 4 and 5 axis programs. Used the UNIX

operating system on a daily basis to do basic system

administrative responsibilities.

August, 1996 CATIA to make wireframe models of parts and produce N.C programs from the wireframes. Also used NCL to generate 3, 4 and 5 axis programs. Used Vericut to check cutter path. Did maintenance and incorporated changes on APT programs.

July, 1989 - N. C. Engineer, General Dynamics, Abilene, TX. Wrote

January, 1990 3, 4, and 5 axis parts in APT 370 AC. Used a variety of manufacturing methods. Also became familiar with a

large number of different post-processors which required manipulating the program to force the proper output codes. Used CATIA to create three-dimensional

wireframes from engineering blueprints.

August, 1985 - Senior N. C. Programmer, Northrop, Hawthorne, CA.

July, 1988 Completed a nine-month training program for N. C. Programmers. Rotated through several departments including tool design and the machine shop. Also completed a two-month APT 370 class with a 96%. Had a DOD secret clearance.
