Currently working as Telecommunications Analyst where daily responsibilities include moves, adds, changes, and vector programming. I am part of a team responsible for 28 gateways, 50+ locations, Modular Messaging, and CMS for the entire East Division. I also troubleshoot any

T-1’s or ISDN lines that may lose connectivity with the respective carriers to bring the circuit back online. Other responsibilities include providing escalated support to users that carry cellular handsets and PDA’s to ensure they are in working order. If the need arises, place orders for new and replacement devices along with any needed accessories.

Telecommunications Analyst

Worked as a Cellular Implementation Specialist where I was responsible for several thousand dollars worth of Cellular equipment. I worked as a lead on a new cellular deployment plan initiated by AutoTrader that will have an annual savings of over $500,000. During my assignment, I assisted in the implementation of the current process for new orders, replacements, upgrading, number porting, asset tracking, and troubleshooting of cellular devices. Some devices provisioned were on the Good Management Console as well as the Blackberry Enterprise Server. These device operating systems included cell phones such as Blackberries, Windows 6.1, Palm OS, and air cards from all four of the major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-mobile) Currently, the devices are being distributed to over 1200 users nationwide. Other duties included expert consulting to the Telecommunications team for Tier 2 and Tier 3 outages.

Worked as a project manager and installation technician on Avaya platforms. These include G250, G350, G650, and G700 gateways. Hired to assist in call center design on an Avaya S8710 and related products that would have included vector writing and documentation using Microsoft Visio. I was asked to go beyond my level of expertise and learn a Siemens PBX that supported 1300 associates. This was done in the absence of an additional team member. Duties included moves, adds, and changes, updating and making changes in Composer and Siemens Phone mail. I assisted in the deployment of Avaya soft phone for associates in the Atlanta Wellpoint office.
