Teacher/Activity Leader
Boys and Girls Club is a non-profit organization. The organization involves students from the community ages 6-18years of age. I have worked for the club for 3 years. I love the organization because it allows children to have a place to go after school were we support and help them to get involved in the community. We offer scholarships for seniors and help them apply for college.
Supervised and Taught approximately 30 school age students on a daily basis in a variety of activities including planning indoor/outdoor activities and educational games, assisting children grades K-8th grade with homework, recruiting students for membership, daily and monthly reports for administrative office. I also handled the cash for the memberships of new students and weekly payment fees. Used customer service skills with different organization that were interested in organizing activities with the students. I also answered the club phone daily helping parents and different business interested in doing community service with our club.
Learning Time Station, Mesquite, Texas August 2008 – May 2009
School Age Teacher
Learning Time Station is a daycare as well as an after school care for school age children. The children are there for a couple of hours while their parents are working. It gives the children a chance to do homework and socialize with friends outside of school.
Supervised and Planned after school activities for approximately 15 school age children. Assisted children grades K-8th with homework. Organized, planned and accompanied children on field trips throughout the metroplex.

Clerical responsibilities including input in Excel spreadsheets, updated alumni records and assisted in planning of alumni activities.
Bally Total Fitness, August 2003- August 2005
Font Desk Clerk
Assisted fitness center guest with check in, sold Bally products and supervised children in the fitness center nursery. Received monthly payments of members and helped members to find bally supplements that fit their daily needs. Used customer service skills daily.
