Monitoring and Review of Quality system document such as change

control,Deviation,OOS,OOT with used of NOVATEK software.

Issuance,retrieval destruction of SOP,STP,Specification and BMR,BPR as per requirement,

Online Documentation in e-BPR, SAP,e-TDS.

Management of Training activity by LMS(SABA) software.

COMMUNICATE-

With higher HOD for supply and receipts issue on EU market,USA market for better and

smooth deliveries.

PLAN-

Delivery schedules for RM receipts in order to support the Production schedules and

Priority urgency requirements.

IMPROVE-

Assisting in Quality vendor selection,Weekly Monitoring of Commit Vs Actual tracking and

making MIS to understand to have better result and performance levels.

CHALLENGES:

• Decision making on means and selection of vendors.

• To have cost effective plan in material and products and optimize production resource.

• To control Inventories of API,RM,PM in the plant

1. I have done 6 month trainee in Plethico pharmaceutical kalaria indore in Quality control and Quality assurance department.

2. Other- Handling in HPLC(WATERS),GAS Chromatography, K.F Titration, friability apparatus , UV and FT-IR Spectroscopy, dissolution study.

• ,MPCR are review and approval,IPQA Testing perform in different site, VMP,EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION, Designing etc filling data in trend analysis.
