Participates in Quality Improvement activities including chart audits, peer review and data collection activities; participates in continuing education activities.
Provides leadership services by being in charge of the nursing staff in their patient care activities and emergency situations on the floor.
Discharges patients according to the physicians orders in suitable times and assesses the need for discharges depending upon the stability of their condition.
