Made many changes to improve the property & its financial crisis, & completed all office duties.

Managed 2 renovation/rental properties one holding 97 units & the other holding 150 units. Each property consisted of renovation tasks, as well as management duties, such as, billing, work orders, supervised leasing agent, maintenance, janitorial & vendor work, keeping track of budget, as well as retaining residents, and clearing the property of unwanted activities. I successfully flipped both properties in a time frame of 2 years.
