The reason I left Wal-Mart problem with management, my work hours being cut from 23-30 I was getting 19 that week. then I was getting all the 2-11 shifts on the days I did work I was not seeing my youngest She was in school when I left and in bed when I got home and I wanted weekends off

Problems with upper management, the assistant manager, I proved him wrong in front of other managers more than once. He kept telling my manager I was not doing my job. I was not even on the clock. Or on a job that I was told to do The manager was not around to talk, Wal-Mart is suppose to have an open door policy, but when the Assistant manager is the problem .and the manager is never around .I tried so many times to talk to him so finally my manager told me I was not doing my job, I tried to tell him what happen, he would not listen to me. I had enough and walked out. A letter has been sent to home office, and I have talked to home office about the problem.

If you have any question, please call 636-***-**** home or cell 636-***-****

Here is how I feel and information about my class.

There is never a bad child, you need to find out how to help them realize they are wonderful and find the resource that will help them. I had a four year old boy with ADHD, he could not sit still in circle time he would hit, would not sit still, and disrupted the group. He love puzzle I found some that were small enough that he plays with that kept his attention, Even with playing with the puzzle he still would participate he was very smart. I worked with him one on one he got boarded very easily, so I had to find things to challenge him. To deal with the other children they got to hold a small stuffed animal, which was only for circle time ,just like the hand puzzle were for only circle time. I ended up with 8 different hand puzzles. The child got to pick first, then there were the stuffed animals so if you had a child that could not sit still or focus; now they had a special toy to hold. Everyone still participated, and we learned how to say all the stuffed animal names in Spanish and in sign language too.

I had a special needs class there were only four children in the class 2 children one boy and one girl the boy had a brand new sister and mom needed a break so he came to my class I was six months pregnant so when he came in he would walk me over to the rocking chair tell me to sit .get a step stool for my feet, then get a books crawl up in the chair next to me and say read. He talked to the baby and pats the baby and feels her kick, which is what his mom would do, so he did not have a lot of trouble adjusting

Down syndrome, a little girl, she did not like change, if dad had to pick her up, he would call, someone would have to come to my class so I could walk Tiff out to the car , as soon as I got her in her car set she was fine a little girl that was in a bad car accident and had to learn to do everything over when I left she was walking talking and singing she was going to put in her age groups class .one with Autism, and he was color sensitive, so in class I made a area just for him only black and white colors, no bright colors, we called them cozy corners, each of the children had their own, they picked out the colors and what was in their area. They all wore sun glasses the little boy had special made sun glasses.

I worked with a little boy with Down syndrome he had therapist that came and worked with him. Talked to the therapist to see what I could do to help him. They gave me information to help him. They would leave instruction of what he did during therapy, I would do the exercises with him and I would tell the therapist and also his parents how he was doing.
