Assumed full responsibility to train all employees including supervisors. Effectively managed a new program launch from design to production for a Ford Visor program.

Originally hired as a Cost Engineer in the fall of 1992 to establish an effective quotation system. Developed a very good relationship with customer purchasing managers to allow a trust in the accuracy of the quotations.
