Once the Order is saved based on the Item Category it would create delivery for Stock Item, Create STO if Stock is selected from another plant and does the Goods Issue ( 351 Movement Type ).

• Custom transaction to show the Current Availability of Stock for all materials after removing the Reservation Stock , Sales Order Stock and Delivery stock and showing the most accurate Stock for SD team.

• Custom Report to Give all Open Sales Orders , where it shows Header Data on the 1st secreen with all incomplete data. Once user selects the Item Data will show all the item Releated data with the Connected Documents. Like for Stock Items it show a delivery is there one , or shows PGI document if there is one. Same with Non Stock Item it Shows the Pur Req number , PO number . User can also create the same documents from the same screen if they are not there .

To load the project system information sent by the MPMS system into SAP (FI) using transaction CJ01 to create new project and CJ02 to update the existing project. User Exit (FI) User-exit defines COPA’s specific rules for derivation of FM account assignment in a change document.

• Responsible for the load of customer address data from CIS/Mapper and Correctional Industries Systems using transaction MEAN. A goods issue will be performed in SAP against Stock Transport Order previously interfaced from an ICS SE order. SAP transaction MIGO (Goods Issue for Purchase Order) with a movement type of 351 (issue goods or 352 (reverse of issue goods).

• Worked on Conversions- This program will convert the HR PA master data for the employees for the Travel Mini master the data is used for creating info types 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0017, 0105, and 0470.

• HR BEN Savings Bonds .Conversion used for changing employee information and his savings bonds data. Info types required for each employee are 0002 Personal data, 0003 Pay roll status, 0006 Address and 0103 Bond purchases and 0104 Bond denominations.

• Worked on HR OM Batch Program to update Complement Check Table. This involved creation of a Custom Batch Program to Track delimited Positions, which will update the Complement Check table, and position without an IT9104 record. This program will update the total salary and wage complement number field on the check table. The program will also select and delete the object IT 1000 for a position that doesn’t have an IT 9104 created for it.

• Used HR PA Check Distribution Code Fields and Tables which is an enhancement to the info type 0006 subtype ‘US01’ for the Personnel Administration.

• Worked on the creation of Info type 9104 (HR), Complement Control Info type. This info type is created to meet the Office of Budget requirement of complement control that cannot be handled within standard delivered PD info types will be a mandatory info type in PQ13 transaction.
