Created press releases pertaining to corporate contributions and other good will acts performed by TVA for distribution to media outlets and internal communication outlets. Developed invitations and itinerary for events hosted by TVA. Conducted research on Legislative Members and current legislation concerning TVA and its operations including preparation for the Judiciary Hearing in September 2009 when TVA testified on behalf of the TVA police in their efforts to be added to the list of Federal Peace Officers in KY. Worked with superior in maintaining relationships with elected officials including traveling to the different counties that TVA services and addressing areas in which TVA can help with economic development efforts and community relation’s activities. Researched and Developed Community Profiles including a detailed list of assets owned by TVA, completed Economic Development projects, recent corporate contributions, in lieu of taxes reports and the contact information and background information on elected officials including Senate and House members. Aided in Economic Development Efforts such as gathering demographic, socio economic, existing industry, and education information for the creation of marketing materials for the counties that TVA services.

Developed marketing material (brochures, press releases, and other informative material) for Economic Development events. Created press releases that was distributed to multiple media outlets.
Designed marketing material for South Central Kentucky website (www.scky.com) including community profiles for Warren, Hart, and Butler counties. Contributed articles for the chambers monthly newsletter that is distributed to the chambers1, 300 plus partners.
