2009- September 2010 Site Manager for J.A. King at Mercedes Benz, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Manager of an ISO 17025 Calibration Lab on the MBUSI site. Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of all torque control tooling and measurement equipment at the MBUSI site. Advised Quality and Engineering on tool selection and problem resolution. Maintained measurement matrix on effectiveness of operation.

2005-2009 Section Manager of Operations at Nissan North America, Smyrna, Tennessee. Responsible for the quality control function of assembled vehicles at Smyrna plant. Established and maintained quality reporting to upper management on a daily basis. Monitored check points and put in corrective actions when necessary. Established initial quality program for engine assembly as well as plastics injection and blow mold operations. Ran initial capability analysis of all torque related equipment for engine assembly and maintained throughout the production cycle.
