ATS is a national training company specializing in education in the area of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and related disorders for which I created and started. We provide trainings and continuing education units for healthcare professionals, caregivers, administrators and instructors and present a variety of highly acclaimed programs that I both have written and co-authored. Including: Memory Impairment Specialists (MIS), MIS Instructor Certification Program, Memory Impairment Awareness, Essentials of Activity Programming, Medication Management and provide comprehensive consulting services. ATS has provided training to thousands, in 20 states to date.

Involved with organizations such as Team Semper Fi, Wounded Warrior Project and World Team Sports as active participants and travel to different events around the country. Also assist warrior navigating through the very long and difficult VA process to obtain and correct VA disability benefits she is entitled to.

Responsible for all hiring, training, counseling, discipline, rewarding and firing of nursing and care giving associates. Managed crisis hotline, suicide calls, assisted families in crisis such as domestic violence and child abuse cases. Participated in case management, to include working with commands to ensure families were getting all services needed to stabilize crisis situation. Also assigned as child advocate for child abuse victims.
