Within Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (“GS&PS”) - Network & Telecommunications and in support of the entire firm perform the five (5) step sourcing review; negotiation; drafting; and administration of complex technology agreements and projects for the procurement of telecommunications, related equipment and services with an annual spend of approximately $300 million. Strategic sourcing and contracting efforts include voice & transport, data, managed/implementation services agreements and network & telecommunication agreements for hardware, software, market data, and professional services. • Responsibilities include maximizing the firm's global buying power by assembling and participating in project sourcing teams and by managing and directing the competitive bidding, approval and contracting processes.
• Ensure agreements accurately reflect the business transaction and meet the firm's business, financial, technical, legal, and approval process standards and requirements.
• Develop and foster internal client and vendor relationships and proactively manage vendors.
• Support the firm’s procurement governance and risk mitigation policies by submitting initiatives for review before the Vendor Oversight Group, Business Continuity Management and Information Security & Privacy teams.
• Inform project team of contract requirements; monitor vendor compliance; conduct research; and recommend courses of action.
• Lead contract dispute resolution efforts in conjunction with project team and vendor representatives.
• Support the firm’s executive leadership in the development of sourcing plans for assigned commodities (including vendor spend influence, performance metrics, and supplier diversity).

• Support GS&PS department Director and other senior management personnel in the completion of any assigned special projects and tasks; contributing to Bank of America integration efforts and Latin America sourcing support.

Sourcing and Contracts Lead - Contracts Negotiator:
• Responsible for the sourcing of telecommunications equipment & services with an annual spend of approximately $400 million. Conducted contract negotiation and drafting of procurement/vendor agreements for the national Network (Engineering and Operations) group. Based within the Contracts-Supply Chain Management Department (“SCM”), effectuate corporate synergy projects and post-merger compliance efforts. In so doing, liaise with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Real Estate, Vendor Management and IT business units.
