Assisted in yielding a 30% decrease in quarterly warranty claims related to lose screws by

manually testing and analyzing several screw torques to find a suitable operating range.

Redesigned employee work procedures to ISO 9001 standards using digital photography to provide

substantial process improvement during assembly.

Assisted engineers by capturing significant data readings & tests in Goodman’s 5mm SmartCoil

project that engineered air conditioning units that are 15% smaller and use 25% less refrigerant.
