I currently supervise thirty UAW skilled trades employees in conducting operations, maintenance, and launch initiatives to precision sand casting equipment. My responsibilities include: troubleshooting equipment and processes, maintenance planning, personnel management, parts acquisition, quality adherence, and implementation of lean manufacturing processes. (July 2011 to Current)
Roof Maintenance Supervisor, Aramark(Defiance,Ohio)
Supervised eighteen UAW skilled trades employees in conducting maintenance to ventilation equipment located on the rooftop at General Motors Defiance Facility. My responsibilities included: parts ordering, project scheduling and implementation, personnel management and assisting in engineering problem solving. (March 2010 to July 2011)
