The company is a producer and exporter of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene pipes and navigation buoys having a turnover of RMB 300M and 200 employees and now building a new facility worth RMB 1B near Beijing.
• Part of a 6-member team visiting China to consult on the post merger operations, organizational structuring and IPO preparation for Buoys and Pipes Enterprise Co.
• Analyzed the merged company’s strategic requirements and provided guidance with respect to Finance and Accounting, IPO requirements, Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
