Thorough knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, all Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word PowerPoint & Access. Also have had experience with IBM AS/400, JDEdwards & email systems; Outlook, AOL & Lotus Notes. Very comfortable in a multi-task environment.

- Jan. 07 Personnel Assistant. Assisted in hiring personnel; recruiting, processed paperwork for new & rehire employees, 5-panel drug screen, graded construction craft test. Also inputted employees’ hired information into company’s database. Designed spreadsheet to track hired employees. Answered phones, did filing & faxing. Scheduled classes for employees at ABC board and welding test facility when needed. Also scheduled PFT/FIT test & set up Medical Release examines when needed for employees.

- Feb. 06 HR Coordinator, Administration Assistant. Supervised & managed schedule for the Reception Team (filled in when needed). Responsible for all new hire procedures/activities for associates. - April 05 Owned & Operated a Salon. Licensed Body Wrap Technician through Suddenly Slender, Dunedin, FL. Used ace bandages that were soaked in a mineral solution, & then wrapped the clients’ with the bandages from head to toe, this process would take inches off while they exercised.

Provided travel arrangements for the VP, managers & engineers. Tracked payments & remittances for multitude clients & several different units and transcribed legal documents for on-site legal department. Processed daily correspondence for 70+ employees & performed numerous office functions & special projects as assigned.
