Also inputted employees’ hired information into company’s database. Designed spreadsheet to track hired employees. Answered phones, did filing & faxing. Scheduled classes for employees at ABC board and welding test facility when needed. Also scheduled PFT/FIT test & set up Medical Release examines when needed for employees.

- Feb. 06 HR Coordinator, Administration Assistant. Supervised & managed schedule for the Reception Team (filled in when needed). Responsible for all new hire procedures/activities for associates. - April 05 Owned & Operated a Salon. Licensed Body Wrap Technician through Suddenly Slender, Dunedin, FL. Used ace bandages that were soaked in a mineral solution, & then wrapped the clients’ with the bandages from head to toe, this process would take inches off while they exercised.
