• Co-ordination between the Franchisee, collection agencies and the Reliance India Mobile officials.

• Co-ordination between the CCC and the CRM in highlighting customers with bad payment history.

• Keeping daily track of the customer payments & payment history

• Maintaining the daily MIS of Franchisee collections, bounce cheques, receipt reconciliation, Telecalling and the daily feedback from the field executives.
