PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

July 2006 - Present: Halliburton Energy Services - Baroid

Drilling Fluids Engineer (Mud Engineer).

Nearly 6 years providing service supports to Halliburton Baroid. Provide Drilling Fluids technical expertise in Drilling Site with particular system. Proficient in both water and oil based Drilling Fluids system such as: Oil/Synthetic Base Mud (ENVIROMUL), KCl/PHPA/Polymer, KCL/Polymer/Glycol, Filtered KCl & NaCl Brines completion fluid, Packer fluids, Wash train for well clean up, etc. All includes building, maintain and treating contaminant. Generate Drilling Fluids daily report and realize end of well recaps. Performed real time/drill ahead hydraulic on well and hole cleaning analysis. Pit management, drilling fluids inventory management on rig site.

Extensive experience in wells with gravel packs completion (Single Trip Multi Zone). Well clean up sequence using clean up pills train (Viscofied washer and ionic surfactant). Completion fluids preparation (pits and surface line). Building filtered completion fluids (KCl and NaCl). Supervise filtration unit operation (Centrifugal Pumps, Slurry Kit, DE Press, Twin Pod unit). Gravel pack pumping operation experiences includes NTU monitoring and brines recycling.

In addition, I also have experience in Waste Management Operation when serve a multi-purposes role for Baroid Surface Solution as rig site supervisor and Waste Treatment Technical Support in Pendingin Ground Control Base (Thermal Desorption Unit and Water Treatment Plant). Generated Surface Solution & Waste management daily report (waste stream, Ave. ROC, equipment performance, cost, etc) and realize end of well recaps.

Drilling Engineer Jr.

Provide services in Rig contractor and IPM services, I provide Drilling Engineering technical assistance to Sr. Drilling Engineer and reports to Project Manager of Suban Field Development, South Sumatra, Indonesia in a Drilling Integrated Project Management (IPM). The role includes drilling program preparation. Pore pressure prediction and analysis along with operators G&G department, casing setting depth, drilling fluids and hydraulic design, casing selection and cementing design, BHA & trajectory design, Bit selection, to Rig sizing and selection and assist in well AFE preparation. Exposed to Indonesian procurement system, assist in logistic preparation and tender execution, liaison with operator representative and sub-contractors. Land Rig operation and supervision proficiency, thru day to day supervision of Suban field IPM wells (off/on site), well cost monitoring, delivers daily drilling reports, realizes end of well reports (includes NPT and lessons learned). Experiences in special drilling operation and problems such as: freeing mechanical stuck pipe (Work on pipe, FPIT run) to back-off operation (colliding tool run), fishing job, plug cementing, uncontrolled deviation, drilling side track, hole pack off and ballooning.
