Lead Safety Coordinator

Lead Site Safety Professional supervising three site safety coordinators. Performed site safety evaluations

and developed and conducted safety orientation training, audits and compliance for multiple trades people. Wrote several training programs to comply with the Marathon site policies. Developed and maintained all MIOSHA documentation for compliance.

Supervised Petro-Lube’s Chemical Engineers Daimler Chrysler management sites. Conducted onsite purchasing of $10,000,000 of production chemicals, paints, maintenance and waste water chemicals, provided just in time inventory and analytical testing for two management sites. Consolidated production and maintenance chemicals reducing cost by 1.2 million dollars. Worked with DaimlerChrysler engineers and plant maintenance to improve cost, reduce down time and improving part quality and cost reductions through lean manufacturing principles.
