reduction through the use of lean tools, work instructions, and on the floor daily support
of manufacturing operations. Support of off line programming of production parts via
GibbsCAM or other g code based programs. Creating part models with Solidworks,
while maintaining and managing the program DNC system. Working with machinists
and operators to implement process improvements. Presenting these improvements
involving both oral and visual recommendations of cutting tools,
fixturing hardware, and new machinery.
