-Responsible to supervise patient care of a 23 bed unit.
-Responsible for nursing assistant schedule.
-Assist Administrator with admission, transfers and discharge.
-Responsible for maintaining documentation of medical records.
-Administer meds to residents on a daily basis.
-Responsible for ordering meds for patients.
-Assist attending physician in rounds and report condition of patient.
-Assist Hospice nurse and physician in rounds and report condition of critical patient.
-Assist with daily living assistance such as bathing, dressing of patient and toileting.
