At Elecomtoon I’ve grown the Department from a show-based team of ten to the current studio department of 80; I’ve overseen the animation aspects of Elecomtoons’ in-house animation shows from both the perspective of a Creative Director and Managerial standpoint. I’ve overseen every step of the department’s creation, from pipeline and procedures to structure and hierarchy, to hiring every member of the department and re-designing the physical building and workspace.
Managed team of 25 Animators, IB/CU Artists, Manual/ Digital Artist, and SB
Artist including scheduling with assigning tasks to them.
Build a team, established its pipeline and even work methods. Developed Animation department at Elecomtoon.
Worked with Executive Producer and Writers to keep scripts within production parameters.
Supervised all steps of the animation process with both in-house and vendor studio teams.
Established animation style and kept quality across episodes.
With studio recruiter formed highly successful Animation Apprentice program.
