Accomplished e-Learning Developer and technical writer practiced in the following skill sets:

Telecom: Create, update, and maintain design, Installation, maintenance, and procedural documentation related to both GSM and MTX wireless software platforms. Training prime for several GSM wireless courses, including designer for CCS7 Database Switch Translations. Most recent assignments included training and documentation development for the following companies during my time at Ventana IT Solutions and GTCI:

Tektronix – Develop e-Learning product courseware for Sales Training Certification

Netsocket – Created training courseware for GUI Interface functionality and installation/configuration procedures. As well, maintained customer documentation suite. These updates were generated based on direct interaction with design primes as the software evolved.

Airwalk – Worked as a consultant to ensure technical accuracy and flow. This was achieved by working one on one in the lab alongside testers and software designers.

Defense: Aircraft Maintenance, Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) documentation, and proposals.

Because software simulations are incorporated into the training, much of my time is spent in the lab gaining hands-on experience with the product. Software used for development includes Captivate 4, Photoshop, Flash, and Power Point Presenter.

• Currently developing the Web Gateway Administration course. This course will serve as the e-Learning pilot course for SEs and Channel Partners

Provide Software Configuration Engineering Services for all product lines to wireless customers, such as Cingular, Motorola, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Provided contracted deliverables to support both new network installs and changes to support growth and evolution of in-service wireless networks.

• Built multiple Nortel switch databases for various wireless network platforms for GSM17, GSM18 and GSM19 (utilizing USP signaling) software loads. This includes building translations, dial plans, special services, and feature implementation for:
