Experience: May 2009 through October 3, 2011 –Aqua New Jersey, Inc., Phillipsburg, N.J.

Superintendent of Northern New Jersey Operations: I managed all phases of the Division.

In addition to, administrative and technical duties associated with 14 - Water Treatment and Distribution Systems, 2 - Waste Water Treatment Plants, 3 - Collection Systems in eleven Municipalities, in three Counties. I was directly responsible for budgeting the services and capital improvements to the systems and assets owned and operated by Aqua New Jersey, Inc., a publically held Water & Waste Water Utilities Corporation. I managed 10 employees who serviced all technical and customer service needs of the communities we served.

2008 through2009 - Arbor Metrics Solutions, Willow Grove, PA

Project Planner: I was responsible for coordinating and planning vegetation management programs for various Utility Companies. I worked with Government agencies and Municipalities to plan maintenance programs to ensure continued reliability and safety of utility facilities, easements, and right of ways, throughout the distribution and transmission systems. I also coordinated customer service, and public relations information and feedback.

2007 through 2008 - Sunrise Senior Living, Randolph, NJ

Director of Maintenance and Operations: I was responsible for budgeting, staffing, and managing day-to-day operations for maintenance, building and grounds, and life-safety. I coordinated all aspects of these departments including invoicing and inventory, training, scheduling, payroll, and various reporting procedures. I reported directly to the Executive Director as well as area, regional, and corporate managers. I constantly trained and developed ways to provide effective prodigious results.

2006 through 2007 - Heath Village Retirement Community, Hackettstown, NJ Maintenance Technician: In this position, I maintained and serviced HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing applications, as well as, machinery and equipment associated with the Healthcare Facilities. I also performed installation, maintenance, and repairs of appliances, heating and air conditioning units, light plumbing and electric, carpentry, and masonry on all private residences and throughout the complex.

1984 through 2006 - Washington Twp. Municipal Utilities Authority, Long Valley, NJ

Water Operator: My duties included treatment and distribution of potable water to residents of the township under the guidelines of the Safe Drinking Water Act of the Department of Environmental Protection. I was the Inspector for new construction, responsible for compiling comprehensive field reports, to ensure that all the plans were adhered too. I worked closely with township officials to ensure prompt and response to the needs of the community that I served.

Education: 1978 to 1982 Richard Stockton College Pomona, New Jersey Bachelor of Marketing and Management. I hold current T-2 and W-2 water licenses, and I completed the Utilities Leadership Management Certification course.
