Represent company during weekly meeting consuming schedule plan activity and project plan for commissioning besides Co-ordination with sub contractors and dealing of technical matters with Vendor.

Preparation and Review of pre-commissioning / commissioning document, Check Sheet, Test Sheet.

Arranging the team for loop testing and supervising the team trouble shoot,

I have good knowledge refer and explain to instrument of all type of instruments drawings and Standards (Piping and Instrument Drawing, Loop wiring diagram, Control Schemes Drawing, Hook up Drawing, PLC Relay logic Diagram, Cause and Effect Drawing )

Witness and acceptance the Commissioning Loop Folder as per System & Sub System

Study Functional Design Specification and Detailed Design Specification and Control Narratives

Integrated testing of database, graphics and logic.

Interlock and sequence.

Cable Schedule and termination details and Alarm Management,

Loop checks.( Package system to MCC &MCC to DCS )

Logic checks as per test procedures / control narratives.

Performing and witnessing the all type of instruments, Control valves,ESD,ON/OFF valves Fire&Gas,Analyzer instrument, Loop testing, Alarm point checking,

Cause & Effect and Interlock and sequence testing.

Performing operation and stroke check ( PST)

Functional test of Motors, Heaters, Recycle Gas Compressors, ESD Valves.

Fire and Gas / ESD Cause and Effect check.

Coordinate with the vendor and rectified the problem

Preparation of punch list and Review of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning dossiers

I have good knowledge of field bus and HART Transmitters and control valves

Performing high level critical instruments servicing and calibrating in field itself using HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) protocol supported Communicators and Foundation field bus Communicator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinated with Client, Vendor, Construction and Process engineering document.

Collecting the all type of E&I as built Drawing and Vender document.

Collecting the P&ID, Cable Try layout Drawing, Instrument location lay out Drawing, JB Location Drawing, anal Termination Drawing, and JB Termination Drawing.

Refer the drawing and explain to the particular Forman and general Forman,

Supervise the field activities and collect the daily progress and smite to my management

Attend the weekly meeting and daily meeting and Clint meeting,

Coordinate to the permit to work and safety team

Distribute the all type drawing to the sub contractor and Coordinate with the sub contractor team Erection and Termination.

Preparation of Master Database as per Instrument Tag List, I/O List, Loops drawings, Connection diagrams, Instrument Set point & Alarm management.

Verify the all Instruments and collecting the Punch list, submitted to particular Team Leader.

Man power arranging.

Work within department and Project procedure and to recognize engineering standard

System and Sub system boundary mark – up on the P&ID based on the sequence of commissioning flow with the co-ordination of process and other discipline engineers.
