Personal achievements throughout career.
Helped to automate numerous machines like the Choco Taco machine, Mickey Mouse Bar machine, many other ice cream products were a direct result of my designs and engineering skills which I learned from my father. As lead at Gold Bond, when we were told that the company was closing, I talked the company employees into going out with the best production numbers in the company’s history two months in a row. It’s just too bad it was the last two months for them at Gold Bond. I wrote letters of recommendation and also wrote a lot of résumé’s for people that needed my help to do so.
Designed machine to package Bradley Pharmaceuticals products at Unlimited Futures, (they had been trying to do this for three years but my design made it a reality). Personally took the company from two semi productive machines to six very productive machines in six months. The person that purchased some of the machines still calls me when he has any issues or problems.
Been on the leading edge of technology for years and will continue to do so for as long as God allows me. I own my personal copy of RSLogixs programming software from Rockwell Automation. Although I was unable to take the coursework after getting the product, it was helpful in adapting machines at Unlimited Futures. My consulting company has allowed me to be an active member of a network of knowledgeable people that live throughout the United States and around the world. As a member of Aon Risk Services Regional team, we designed and implemented the rollout of the computer systems for Corporate Office as well as the entire US region with a 12 person staff which I was one of the 12.
Proud to say that my work ethic is old school and I have only been let go by one company in my career. Even that was of my choosing. (Aon, Chicago). I am active in my community and church. As you can tell, I am honest, trustworthy, attentive, reliable, accomplished, loyal, detail oriented, organized, professional, and confident. I have always been liked by both my employers and my fellow associates everywhere that I have had the opportunity to be employed.
I look forward to continuing the advancement of my career and want to work. That’s something you don’t hear every day. I’m proud of the person I've become, (although I am not proud of OWI,) but now they are part of what makes me who I am today. More knowledgeable than ever before and I will continue to learn from everything I do for the rest of my life. God willing.
