REPORTS

Designed an Interactive ALV Report for Purchase Order Details. Also by selecting the Purchase order on output list screen the user can see the relevant Purchase Order in ME23N transaction

Designed an ALV Report for Material Master Data. This ALV Report gives details about Material/Product Master Data for Sales Analysis.

Hierarchical Sequential ALV Report for Sales Order. This report shows details about Sales Order Header data with the relevant Sales Order Item details.

Developed a Classical Interactive Report for Customer Master Data, which provides options of customers document data, customer’s partners function data and customer’s general data on basic list as check-boxes. After clicking any of the option users can see the relevant details on the secondary list.

Batch Data Conversion:

Designed a BDC program to upload the Sales Order data using Tcode VA01.

Designed a BDC program to upload Customer data using Tcode XD01.

Created a BDC program for MM01 transaction in order to upload material data.

Scripts:

Modified standard sales order script RVADOR01 in order to insert a new field at a given position and changed the position of other fields according to the requirement.

Created custom Script for Customer Invoice Details.

SmartForms:

Created a SmartForm for Cash memorandum which provides the details of payer details, billing details, items, materials, quantities and their prices with their total amount for relevant customer.

Created a SmartForm for displaying the billing details of all the items related to a particular Invoice. This SmartForm also describes about all the discount conditions related to those specific items.

Enhancement:

During creation of Purchase Order (ME21N) concatenate the Initial of Company name to Purchase order number.

Implemented an enhancement in VA01 which provide predefined sold to party for given Sales area.

During creation of Customer Master (XD01), if first and second name is same then restrict the end user.

During creation of Customer Master (XD01), if addresses are same then restrict the end user.

PROJECT

Project Name: Production Management.

The project is meant for production organization consisting of various departments like purchase

(raw material), testing, stock, production. Administrator has the authority over all departments .Each department

have their own head. It’s the administrator who provides the head of various departments their user _id and

password, using which they can log in to their corresponding departments and work out according to their needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Creating and coding the web pages of the Project.

● Creating the Database according to the requirement and connecting it to the front end.
