General Civil/Site Design:

*Managed the design and development of commercial and residential water, sanitary sewer utility layouts and site work including mass grading, detention facilities and drainage plans:

Palisade Palms: 32-acre site twin 27-story towers on Galveston beachfront. $50K design fee and $60M construction cost.

Stafford Distribution Warehouse: 240k sq. ft. dock high warehouse with onsite detention.

Public Utilities Improvement:

*Followed public agency standards to design plan and profile layouts of new water and sanitary sewer service lines:

East Beach TIRZ 11 Public Improvements: In conjunction with Palisade Palms: Designs for infrastructure upgrades (roadway, water & sewer) and public beach access and parking. In-house project coordination with Landscape Architecture, Survey, & Structural departments. Project was publicly bid and construction administration required. $250K design fee and $3M construction cost.

City of Alvin Water & Waste Water Improvement: Coordinated the design of approximately 20k linear feet of service lines and sanitary lift station. $150K design fee and $1.2M construction cost.

Roadway Design:

*Processed Geopak to produce horizontal and vertical layouts, proposed cross sections, and earthwork calculations in accordance to TxDOT standards. Designed various culverts layouts to meet drainage criteria:

Fort Bend Westpark Tollway: 1-mile segment of 4-lane highway with 2-lane access road. Coordination with in-house bridge and subbed drainage designs. $450K design fees & $6M construction cost.

Bike Trails for City of Baytown, Brenham & Lake Jackson: Total 15K linear ft of trail requiring plan and profile as well as drainage design, construction administration, and management of in-house survey for design. $450K design fees and $4M construction cost.

Construction Administration:

*Prepared construction bid documents and contracts.

*Attended construction meetings and site inspections.

*Reviewed submittals, responded to contractor requests, and coordinated civil construction issues.
