Brooks Provisions: Chief Executive Officer, Philadelphia, PA July 2007-December 2009

Served as the CEO/COO for, a $300 million, regional protein food distributor, delivering to 1500 customers in the Northeast. Managed 167 people in a union environment, with limited capital resources. Successfully, made the transition from a family-owned company to a structured corporation, which required changing the entire management team.
