Coordinated and assisted in the development of a $500 million dollar housing program with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency which provided lower interest rate mortgages and reduced closing costs to first time home buyers.
Coordinated and assisted in the development of a $700 million dollar line of credit through the Pennsylvania Higher Education Agency that provided low interest loans for college students of Pennsylvania.
Organized and implemented the conversion of $70 billion dollars in pension fund assets to a new custodial bank, which resulted in a smooth and timely transition and provided significant additional income to the Commonwealth.
Developed and implemented a new investment program for local governments, resulting in investment opportunities and increased rates of return with lower fees for participants. In addition, produced record returns for clients as compared to the private sector competitors.
Developed a system for analysis and uniform monthly reporting by multiple financial institutions resulting in a comprehensive automated reporting of pricing services.
Implemented all operational aspects of economically targeted investments and provided new funding opportunities for individuals and businesses.
