annual sales. Directed, and carried full P&L

responsibility for start-up car seat manufacturer.

Prepared annual production and capacity plans based

on customer demand forecast and presented them to

Board of Directors. Ensured production met

deadlines, quality standards, and customer

requirements. Set proper pricing, and developed

expense control, and systems/technology integration.

Implemented and supervised compliance with safety

regulations (similar to OSHA and WHMIS).

• Grew business from initial startup to lead

supplier to local subsidiary of Mitsubishi and Hyundai.

• Minimized inventory from five days to three hours,

and elevated customer service ratio to 100% by implementing

JIT delivery system including double Kanban system to pull

finished products from warehouse.

monitor and control manufacturing operations and

administrative functions.

Implemented “release system” to communicate short and long
