Sales Support Planner: Responsible for planning the installation, removal, and movement of fountain, cooler, and vending equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: evaluating each install crew’s capacity by hours worked and length of drive time; establishing the most efficient and cost effective crew routings; determining the number of pieces of equipment that can sit on a transport; coordinating with the local Make Ready Center to ensure that equipment is available, and calling each customer to schedule all equipment installations, removals and moves.

Leadership Development Program: The purpose of this program was
to develop any skills I had opportunities in, as well as leverage the skills I
might excel in. While in this program, I shadowed a current Team
Leader to see what, exactly, makes a strong leader. I attended
several leadership development classes on how to communicate well
with others, how to handle different types of conflict, proper work
educate, etc., as well as being an active member of leadership.
Selector/ Lift Operator/ Trainer: Responsibilities included training new
Partners in the process of selection, new hire orientation, cross training
Partners on the lift, reprogramming and reconfiguring units for
selection, lift, and load. Also filling in where needed (selecting or
lift operator).
