The objective of this resume is to obtain employment in a construction management position in the

capacity of providing project planning and delivery. The skills I will bring to your enterprise

have been developed in the delivery of many projects for a variety of construction management

concerns serving both education clients and retail businesses. I have, for many years, consistently

managed the delivery of high quality projects on time and within budget for my previous

employers and their clients. My project resume includes ground up site based and office based

project management through all seasons of the year. I have orchestrated the schedules of

complicated buildings on large sites, and provided renovation oversight on mechanical retrofit

projects.

• Establishing detailed multiple year public bidding construction schedules and providing

regular updates throughout the project for clients and trade contractors.

• Establishing the construction plan and the sequence of construction for project planning

purposes based on identifiable particular site specific parameters.

• Managing construction plans and executions on larger site improvements (97 acres),

multiple staged completion deliveries and multiple year schedules

• Managing the delivery of large buildings to clients in segments of occupation

• Providing site based management of LEED middle school construction project

Management Approach Statement: The least expensive and the quickest path to completion is always

achieved through performing the work correctly the first time you attempt it. Planning and preparing for

performance is always necessary before attempting it. Concentrating on planning will improve

performance consistently.
