AIG is one of the leading companies in Insurance. At business majority of the Long Term Care Claim process is PRPC driven. The application contains two main modules as claim Intake (CI) and Maintenance (CM). Claim Intake will handle from Registering a Claim up to closing a Claim, Claim Maintenance will handle the Invoice processing of claims. New enhancement of OSCAR (Online Security Compliance Audit Review) application provides an opportunity to establish a secured and robust mechanism to perform systematic review of Payment Security Reports and Vendor Payment Reports along with the capability to generate reports for management review.

Environment: Insurance Domain (Global Claim Process), PRPC 5.5, LDAP, DB2, COGNOS, PL/SQL, HTML

Application Development on different modules.

Created SLA Working with Tracer tool & analyzed Log files connecting to the external database (UDB)
