o Some of My accomplishments include; Created a business case, designed solution and implemented call center consolidation from 7 regional call centers into 3. This multi year, 10 million dollar project achieved an ROI payback in >two years and saved 4 million dollars annually due to reduced FTE count. This was achieved by modifying existing CRM, Clarify desktop, with the ability to respond to multiple lines of business inquiries as well as taking advantage of new call center load balancing software and cross training.
