Refrigeration /Maintenance / Electrical Technician candidate seeking position with good mix of responsibilities in connection with Manufacturing industry equipment including, but not limited to: refrigeration, boilers, electrical, electronic/PLC, automated systems, packaging, hydraulics, centrifuge pumps, presses, cookers, motors/gearboxes, conveyors, transfer systems and other equipment. Flexible to any Maintenance industry.

Educated, trained or certified as needed in electrical, electronics and refrigeration (ammonia and Freon), welding and mechanical applications. Capably supervise PSM programs, schedule and develop skills of subordinates and able to transition skills within beef or pork operations and can apply “hands-on” as needed or for training purposes. Highly familiar with packinghouse, processing and refrigeration equipment, auxiliary and automated systems, utilities and meat industry total plant operations and facilities. Expertise includes working to meet or exceed employer goals and objectives in connection with OSHA, USDA, IIAR, RETA, plant maintenance programs, budgets, operating parameters (production schedules/downtime/overtime), reporting and record-keeping.

Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for all Maintenance throughout entire operation except fleet. Personally developed PM program (non-computerized) which has reduced downtime by 60% and growing. Reporting to the Plant Manager, coordinate all projects, leading role in WASS (Wash Alley Safety System) Installation. Revised plant flow process to streamline the loading and unloading of fleet, also responsible for budget, training, Waste Water and Utilities.
