My main role was to assist the GM. I was also responsible for new Membership sales and solving
Membership concerns. As supervisor of concierge, I was responsible for the schedule of three employees,
coaching and introducing efficient business practices. I was responsible for publishing the monthly 10-page
newsletter. I was also in charge of ordering all the office supplies for each department while helping them
maintain their budget. I was also the administrator of the website which included daily updates of events and
past events to keep the Members informed.
I was able to sell the idea of a full color newsletter from the black and white that was previously used to
raise the standard of the Club's reputation.

Responsible for review of contracts, typed proposals, invoicing, collections on past due accounts, reconciled

associated with the industry.
Assisted the GM with multiple tasks, dispatched service technicians where needed, called in for inspections

My first job was as a route driver which involved driving around 300 miles a day picking up and delivering
film/photos to stores. Within just a few months I was promoted and moved to Detail Sales Representative. I
had a territory that I maintained on a monthly basis making sure each account was personally visited by me
to ensure they were getting the extraordinary service and quality. I was selected to represent the company
for a new photofinishing program to the K-Marts across the country from over one hundred representataives.
I visited stores,introduced the new program and answered questions about the program with much enthusiasm. I was transferred then to Springfield, MO where my personal attention was needed to help a particular store with problems. My relationship and devotion to this store saved the national account. I was then transferred to Orlando, FL where my territory was greatly increased and I was known as the problem solver.
